Services and Fees
Sessions are by appointment and are normally scheduled for 45 minutes. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment please give at least 24 hours notice to make a change.
I am currently contracted as an in-network provider for many insurance plans - including Aetna, AmeriHealth, BC/BS, Beacon Health, Cigna, Medicare, Oxford, QualCare, TriCare, and United Healthcare. If you are accessing in-network benefits you will want to call your insurance company in advance to determine your benefits, co-pay amount, and pre-authorization procedures.
If you will be accessing out-of-network benefits please call your insurance company in advance to determine your deductible, co-insurance and what portion of the allowable fee they will cover. My session rate is $200, and my billing service will handle the entire submission, as a courtesy.
Your copay/coinsurance/deductible will be due at time of service.
